WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched, and usually leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of purchase. Because our products are sourced all over the world, it can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. We will notify you via email as soon as your items have shipped.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although we are located in the US and our fulfillment house is also located here, some of our items are shipped from the UK, Asia, and Europe.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
